He holds an associate degree in criminal justice from Vermont College division of Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from same university in 1976 and 1977 respectively. An astute professional with flair for acquiring knowledge; he attended the University of Abuja between 1997 and 2004, where he bagged a Bachelor of Law degree. In the course of his career, he attended several training to enhance his performance and professionalism some of which are:Legislative Processing & Analysis (LEGIS.50. Colorado U.S.A), United States of America’s Library of Congress, Legislative Leaders Exchange Programme, Boston, Massachusetts U.S.A, Administrative Induction Course Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, Military Training (Nigeria Army Depot, Zaria, Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna). He was also the committee Secretary (Constituency Assembly) 1988-1989 and later became the Committee Clerk of the National Assembly in August 1990. Prior to his appointment as The Executive Chairman/CEO of Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), he served as the Deputy Director and Head of Management in the Federal House of Representatives from July 2003-June 2004 and later became the Director (Special Duties) of the National Assembly. Other positions he held includes; Director
Library, Research & Statistics (National Assembly) August 2010 and Deputy Clerk to the National Assembly in August 2010 a position he held before assuming the mantle as the The Executive Chairman of LAWMA.
