Client Services

Client Services Department is the Revenue generation hub of Lagos Waste Management Authority. The department is responsible for the maintenance of client’s profiles, client’s registration, fixing of rates and charges, clients’ billing , revenue collection; among other functions.

LAWMA inherited less than Twenty Industrial Commercial Premises from the ministry and today, the total number of clients is over 11,000. The total number of registered and functional Private Sector Participants (PSP) increasing progressively, with over 350 Private Sector Participants involved in social waste collection from households and commercial premises in Lagos state.

Administer domestic, commercial/industrial waste collection in the state and coordinate activities of the PSPs.
Customer Care

Client Services Department is sub-divided into zones to enhance performance and to effectively manage the activities of the PSP. The zones are ;

i. North Zone – Ikeja, Alimosho, Ipaja, Agege and environs
ii. South East Zone – Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, Epe and environs
iii. South West Zone – Apapa, Mile 2, Badagry, Festac and environs
iv. East Zone – Mainland, Ojota, Gbagada, Ikorodu and environs
iv. West Zone – Mushin, Papa Ajao, Ilupeju, Ajao Estate and environs
